Esna Villas
Esna Villas, a company fully owned by Esna Holdings, has invested in a beach property on Nilaveli beach, Trincomalee. with a 144 feet beach frontage. This project, which is valued at USD 1 million, is the company’s first foray into the leisure sector. The company plans to set up an “all suite” boutique hotel on the property with construction already being in progress.
Eshana De Silva, Chairman, Esna Holdings, observed that this project includes a “Presidential Villa” which has a private swimming pool with all the luxury amenities of a Five-Star property. We are very excited as this would be the only project of this kind in Trincomalee.
Sri Lanka has seen a massive influx of tourists after the much anticipated post-war tourism boom. Esna Villas plans to set up similar boutique hotels in other prime tourist locations around the Island. There is little doubt that projects such as these are vital in post-war Sri Lanka. 29 December 2010

Javea is built round a large bay between the headlands of San Antoni and Cap de la Nao. Most of the holiday activity in Javea is centred around the Arenal beach, which is also where you will find most of the holiday villas. This “bay within a bay” is surrounded by bars, cafes, restaurants and shops to keep you entertained throughout your holiday.

The comparisons in purchase price of buying a holiday home in Spain to buying a house in the UK do differ greatly. Villa prices seem to be lower on the Costa Blanca if you use a Euro to Sterling calculator. If you are a non-resident of Spain you can still be approved a Spanish mortgage of up to 70 percent of the total purchase price. You will also be required to pay a 10 percent deposit on the selected property.

Anyone that wants to enjoy a good round of golf in these parts would love the Costa Blanca golf resorts of which there are many and you can locate individual ones by studying the maps that are available at the Airport or in downtown Alicante. Perhaps the most beautiful aspect of the Costa Blanca would no doubt emanate from the sea villages. Costa Blanca is also a place where tourists are tempted by the more than two hundred kilometers of coastline and rather unsurprisingly the tourist industry here is well developed and Costa Blanca is a hot favorite for many British and also German tourists and many other nationalities including the sun-starved Scandinavians that flock here for the ample warmth and plenty of sunshine that is available here.

Javea is a lovely, seaside town which was once just a fishing village. Nowadays it still has a working fishing
port but it is also an attractive holiday resort. You can book a luxury holiday villa for rent in Spain here,
many of which can be rented from the private owners. If you want self-catering holiday accommodation in Spain in
a picturesque town with a sandy beach and good tourist amenities this could be your perfect destination. The old
part of the town is unspoilt and some of the shopkeepers speak the local language of 'Valenciano'.

Our favourite festival is the Fallas Festival in Valencia. We look forward to the first two weeks of March with such passion. It is the most amazing festival both visually and emotionally. The combination of art and fire, noise and danger – it all comes together in this festival.
We have so many favourite foods – like paella and sausages packed with pork and mountain grown herb. We love flan and rice puddings. We love all types of seafood and fresh veggies from the market

The smaller island of Menorca is less frequented by tourists but still gets very busy in the summer months. The landscape is largely unaltered by tourism and the traditional villages on the rugged coastline have retained their charm. Visitors can make use of the bus network or hire a car and visit the capital Mahon and the older town of Cuitadella. Facilities are well developed on this island and the main holiday resorts offer everything necessary for a good vacation whilst the quieter areas boast welcoming guest houses and holiday villas.
